Typically this spaghetti is served topped with sliced hotdogs or smoked longganisa sausages, giniling (ground meat), and grated cheese. One of the favorite comfort foods in the Philippines. This is almost always served for children’s events and birthday parties.

Inspired by the Italian dish, Filipino spaghetti is a sweeter twist on the original. Featuring hot dog, ground beef and a banana catsup, this spaghetti is one unlike any you’ve ever tried before.

Lumpia are traditional Filipino spring rolls filled with ground pork and mixed vegetables. We may also make our Lumpia with vegetable only or with shrimp or beef.

Filipino lumpias are a bit different from other Asian spring roll versions, our lumpia wrappers are paper-thin made from just flour, water, and salt. They are traditionally slender and long and take the shape of cigarillos. Though when made with different ingredients, such as vegetable or shrimp our lumpias may me slightly larger sized. The thinness of the wrapper helps our lumpia to stay  flaky and light in texture.

Chef’s Tip: Try our sweet and sour sauce,  vinegar sauces, banana ketchup, or sweet chili sauce for dipping. You will soon find your favorite mix.
