World Famous Yum Yum Food Truck was thrilled to be able to do a cooking segment on Good Things Utah this morning. The experience was such fun to be able to share how we make our world famous Sisig. Sisig is one of the most famous dishes of the Philippines and it is growing in popularity in America, because so many Americans are starting to try Filipino food.

While our fans will tell you, we have the absolute best Filipino food, some of you may not have had the opportunity to try it yet! We encourage you to come check out our food truck in person, but if you prefer to stay home, we also have a variety of delivery options including Doordash and Grubhub. Ordering on the apps is one of the most popular ways to try our food and have it conveniently delivered to your door.

Tasty and traditional Filipino food in America is being served up everyday at our food truck. World Famous Yum Yum food truck went on Good Things Utah on May 7th to show off our World Famous Sisig.

It is one of our most popular dishes that we serve in our truck. Utah has long been home to many Asian Americans, our chef and owner Benjamin and Brevin Pierce have been cooking filipino food in our home state for over 15 years. We were thrilled to be able to share this recipe that we have been making here in the local fairs and farmers markets for years. Now we have a food truck and are able to be in the kitchen every day. We usually can be found in Layon or Davis area and plan on beginning to visit Salt Lake City and surrounding cities later in the year.

We are also excited to be giving away a catered food truck party. The rules of our giveaway are pretty simple and we hope that this will increase awareness of our truck and allow us the opportunity to light up someone’s summer. Covid has been pretty difficult for everyone including us, and we want to give back something special. Whether it is for a graduation, summer kick off or even a birthday party we hope that people in our neighborhood will enter to win a party!

We also briefly got the opportunity to unveil our new product launch, our sauces. We want to start sharing our famous sauces with everyone and are working hard to get these sauces ready to be sold in the stores and at online retailers including Amazon and other online retailers.
