Ben Pierce is our business development manager and head chef.
Born in the Philippines, Ben moved to America in his youth and has been a resident of Utah for many years.
Ben uses the traditional recipes that have been passed down in his family in his cooking.

Ben's two son's Brevin and Bryson also join our family food truck team.
Both Brevin and Bryson were born and raised in Utah and are proud to be a part of the food truck. They are glad to be learning the family recipes and enjoy spending time working in the food truck.
Brevin and Bryson also manage the social media for the food truck, so if you want an special to be released on social media make sure to DM them, and they might make your special request happen.

Erin is Ben's partner for World Famous Yum Yum Food Truck. She is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and has worked in the Restaurant Industry for many years.
Erin began her culinary career assisting an the head chef of Maggiano's in Buckhead with his private catering business and catering for church events. She has had many private cooking lessons, worked in many restaurants in Atlanta and enjoys taking care of the bakery and specialty menu for the truck.
Erin also manages private parties and events for the truck as well as the social calendar. Please contact her if you are interested in booking a private event, birthday party or having the food truck come to your private school functions.
